These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DispatchHQ, a real-time dispatch coordination platform operated by PBWeb LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using DispatchHQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
DispatchHQ provides a web-based platform for non-profit organizations to coordinate real-time dispatch operations, including:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Admin accounts use email and password authentication. Volunteer accounts use phone number and SMS verification. You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals access your organization's account.
DispatchHQ offers multiple subscription tiers:
Billable members include all team members except one admin and one dispatcher, who are included free of charge.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to DispatchHQ ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We use Your Data solely to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may export or delete Your Data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Dispatch chat messages are automatically deleted 24 hours after creation. We do not retain chat content beyond this period. This feature is designed for operational coordination, not long-term record keeping.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice when possible.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonable.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBWeb LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PBWeb LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
DispatchHQ, its design, code, and branding are the property of PBWeb LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of DispatchHQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Floyd County, Indiana.
